Military Personnel

The Military Personnel Flight consist of three sections that provide customer service to the entire base populace, consisting of approximately 3000 AD personnel, their dependents and retirees from the surrounding area.

Customer Support Section

Common Access Cards, DEERS Updates, dependent and retiree US Identification Cards (USID), Official Passports, and Line of Duty determinations. 

Walk-in hours for DEERS Updates and ID Cards are from 0800 – 1500; appointments will take priority. We are closed on the 3rd Thursday of each month for training, and all AFGSC Family Days and Federal Holidays.

DEERS updates, to include obtaining/signing DD Form 1172-2s, changing CAC Email, nominating dependents in DEERS, editing contact Information, and renewing USIDs can be done at the ID Card Office Online: https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/.
